The Umerex Glock 17 4th Gen went on to shoot a little less but not by much. Quality Construction: The Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 looks good with metal and plastic parts where you would find them on a real steel G17 Gen 4. The fit and finish is beautiful and slippage is next to zero The slide spring is very heavy and the sound of the slide when racked and released does not have that cheap metallic sound that some blackback airguns have. Reality: The Umerex replica looks 100% the part of a Glock 17 4th generation gun. Sitting at the table and holding it in your hand, you think it's the real deal until you drop the magazine and see it's a BB/CO2 mag. Almost everything works like a real Glock 17 with the slide catch release, trigger safety, magazine release and even the name switch for quick field stripping and adjustable hop-up. Pros: Good weight and feel, build quality seems great Really nice looking and full featured replica of the original Glock 17 Gen 4 Licensed by Umerex Full Glock front and rear white dot sights Extra barrel laser or tactical for easy realism Full size drop CO2 and 18 round BBs heavy slide spring built in light metal magazine should have a heavy recoil effect. The built-in security in the serial number plate area hides it well Better feel single action only trigger trigger: FPS can be high Sights are not adjustable Would love to see more unusual packaging from Glock I really like the trigger on the G17 Gen 4 It is small and light, perfect for shot placement and action shooting The blockback action is nice and smooth, giving the Glock a substantial blowback recoil effect. I had no problems with the Umerex Glock 17 Gen 4, which makes for the best test of all the Umerex Glocks to date. The Glock 17 4th Gen CO2 BB Gun is my favorite version! The gun shoots very low and to the left You need to know how to raise the rear sight For a close replica of this BB gun, my Blackhawk Kydex holster for my 9mm Glock 17 is a little too big to fit. Looks like a solid gun, but disappoints in accuracy

So it's great that there is at least a way to import these two Umerex Glock GBB airsoft pistols into Canada! Yes, cutting the inner barrel may require some home modifications as long extended barrels are definitely not practical for everyday shooting.
