Order Cancellation Policy: If the customer wishes to cancel, they must notify us by email as soon as possible, indicating the order number in the subject line. Stolen packages: Insurance and purchase protection do not cover theft on the porch after delivery. Packages delivered are your responsibility. FedEx Rates: Orders placed using the FedEx rate are our choice of shipping method. FedEx Ground for heavy/large packages, priority for small packages. Same day or next business day express delivery. We cannot ship via FedEx to PO Boxes. If using FedEx, please change your address to your actual address.

USPS Priority: Orders placed in the morning are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am are usually dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
USPS First Class Mail: Orders placed before 10 a.m. are usually shipped the same day. The first category is the slowest type of transport, so if you choose this option, take it easy. We recommend 2-3 days priority delivery, a little more. The first class can last up to a week, and sometimes 2-3 days. This option is not guaranteed. First class is only available for packages under 1 pound. We can ship in padded envelopes.
Fedex Home Ground packages are shipped the same day if ordered before 10:00 AM. If you're in the southeastern US, this is the fastest way. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Check out our ground map to find out when your order will arrive:
CALIFORNIA - Airsoft guns will have new colored bands to comply with new gun laws (SB 199). Does not sell weapons to San Francisco (parts and equipment may be sent).

New York - Airsoft orders for the NYC/5 boroughs will be canceled immediately. Parts and equipment can be sent, but not weapons. New York State will have guns marked in neon orange when needed. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws. Firearms that are difficult to mark will be canceled at our discretion (springers).
No sale to minors! period! Fully 18+. Ultimately, it is up to you to check the applicable laws and regulations before purchasing. All sales are made in Georgia and you contract with a separate shipping company to your country.
Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Islands, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are packaged (usually within 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail - fully insured and signature required (fee included).
Canada - your government is bad, packages are in customs for 5+ weeks + high taxes. We recommend ordering at a local Canadian store or be prepared for a long wait. Use a forwarder - see above.

All international orders - use a forwarder - see above. Customs clearance and VAT are your responsibility. No warranty or return/exchange. All sales are ultimately made outside the United States.
If you choose to go that route, we will ship the firearm to a US address, such as a freight forwarder. There are many freight forwarders in the United States willing to export our goods. We can also ship to hotels in the US.

A brief overview of our return policy: An airsoft gun is a hobby grade electronic product. Airsoft products are not consumer toys. These are delicate electronic devices that are easily damaged if not properly cared for. They are also considered weapons in some jurisdictions, so like Real Gun Stores we have an "all sales last" policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to all final sales policies:
Some products allow exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only available for manufacturer defects or shipping damage. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product, please contact customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the exact same product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credits on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are non-refundable. If defective or damaged, will be replaced with the same or similar item. Replacements for manufacturer defects are at our discretion either directly by us or through the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty always passes from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for paying us shipping costs or shipping costs for all exchanges and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any product. Due to the nature of Airsoft products, all sales are final. Exchange for defects within 14 days only. We make some return exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but generally all sales are final.
Firearm Warranty: All firearms come with a full warranty direct from the manufacturer. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others extend the warranty by 30 days - 1 year depending on the project. Contact the manufacturer for warranty against defects. After 14 days, Airsoft Atlanta will not cover returns/warranty for manufacturer defective firearms. Products outside this range are subject to the 14-day exchange policy above. We do not bear the shipping costs.
